Accomplishments:

o Changed naming convention of modules to libraries in NSEDoc.
o Finished Service Scan Performance Review.
o Added a note in the book for libraries on globals versus locals and
the presence of strict.lua.
o Preliminary work on adding caching to http library.

Priorities:
o Finish caching work.
o Spidering script/module
o Dynamic socket allocation for nsock binding.
