Where can I download Ncrack in order to test it?

Dear Sir/Madam
I was wondering if one of the developers working on Ncrack would be so kind
as to upload a working windows installer copy of Ncrack in order to allow
others to download and test its capabilities on a windows platform. It could
be labelled as a "beta" release.

If that cannot be done for whatever reason, I would like to be able to
download Ncrack source code with detailed instructions on how to compile it
effectively using Windows.
