Zenmap filter ready for use

Hi all,

Earlier tonight, I merged the zenmap-filter branch into the main zenmap
branch.  It is more responsive now, after adding a small change to the UI
updating.  Also, there is a button for filtering, making the new feature a
bit more obvious.

Feel free to try it out!

Any suggestions are welcome.
