Right now I'm away on vacation so not too much to report.

Accomplishments:
o Finished and applied the strict.lua patch.
o Various small fixes to the engine.

Priorities:
o Test NSE Nsock performance with rapid start (analogous to the
opposite of TCP congestion control slow start) using --packet-trace.
o Tune parallelism default based on Timing parameters (-T1-5).
o Tests for version detection.
o Change --script-args to ignore surrounding whitespace of each string element.
