Hi Iben.  I don't think it was ever updated in Nmap.  I last generated
the nmap-mac-prefixes file on 5/20/09, and IEEE updated their oui.txt
with the change a day later--on 5/21/09.

But I've just updated to the latest version of oui.txt so VMware is
capitalized consistently now in SVN.
