Accomplishments: o Created a bash script to locate globals accesses in libraries [1]. This script has helped locate many bugs with libraries overwriting variables for each script using the library. o Posted the performance review report of NSE's NSock binding and changed the default parallelism for open sockets by scripts to 40 (r14264). [1] http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2009/q3/0070.html Priorities: o Apply (finished) strict.lua patch so that libraries can no longer set/use undeclared globals outside file scope. o http-spider script. -- -Patrick Donnelly "Let all men know thee, but no man know thee thoroughly: Men freely ford that see the shallows." - Benjamin Franklin _______________________________________________ Sent through the nmap-dev mailing list http://cgi.insecure.org/mailman/listinfo/nmap-dev Archived at http://SecLists.Org
