Accomplishments:
o Created a bash script to locate globals accesses in libraries [1].
This script has helped locate many bugs with libraries overwriting
variables for each script using the library.
o Posted the performance review report of NSE's NSock binding and
changed the default parallelism for open sockets by scripts to 40
(r14264).

Priorities:
o Apply (finished) strict.lua patch so that libraries can no longer
set/use undeclared globals outside file scope.
o http-spider script.
