Unicode version of Nullsoft Scriptable Install System?

Hey Nmap-dev,

The official NSIS installer that we use is ASCII only, but Jim Park at
scratchpaper.com is keeping up a variant that was converted to Unicode. If
Nmap was to switch to a Unicode installer would we gain more support from
the bilingual communities?

Also according to the site Mozilla, Filezilla, WinAMP, and OpenOffice all
use the Unicode Installer.
