I've never used it. It used to have a web site at
http://www.vinecorp.com/ndiff/ but that doesn't exist now. That could
create confusion, especially as it's what will get installed with
"apt-get install ndiff".

My buddy James wrote that Ndiff about a decade ago and hasn't touched
it since then.  I'm pretty sure we'll be able to get Debian to use our
Ndiff instead after our stable version is released.
