I have addressed this bug with a recent change that will be added to
the Zenmap GUI shortly.

Bugfix:
1. The behavior of the "Cancel" button is to only remove the Profile
Editor window itself.
2. There now exists a "Delete" button if the user wants to get rid of
the Profile being edited, which is accompanied by a verification
prompt.
3. The "OK" button can either create a new profile or can modify the
current profile when user wants to edit it.
