I have, yes.  I'm getting it with whois as well as bruteTelnet:
SCRIPT ENGINE:
...\nmap\proj\r8420\mswin32\nmap-4.65\nselib/stdnse.lua:13: attempt to
call field 'print_debug_unformatted' (a nil value)
