Nmap and VC++ 2008

Hey everyone, I've created a branch for testing Nmap on VC++2008: /nmap-exp/kris/vc2008-testing We will be moving development to VC++2008 when it's going well. Hopefully this will fix problems other developers are having on Windows. The branch should currently contain the necessary changes to compile Nmap on VC++2008 without any problems. As usual, it works fine for me :) It's much like Marek's patch, but I added conditionals rather than just removing a bunch of stuff. I started this mainly in the libdnet section (where ws2tcpip.h was replaced with defining IP_HDRINCL), but if I'm going to do it there, I had might as well do it everywhere (it's not like it's much extra). The branch also contains the OpenSSL patch I mentioned in a previous email. So, please give my branch a shot and let me know how it goes! If you find a cleaner way to get this working, that'd be even better. I'll continue to look at this, but I keep running into compilation and run-time errors doing things a different way.
