Problem to install nmap v4.60

hi there,

i have a problem..i can't use my nmap 4.60 (zenmap GUI) in windows vista..i think i already install that all their want 
like winpcap,cygwin..but when i use it, it show failed to open device eth4 as attachment..i hope u can help me to solve 
my problem so i can use that software...
