getting error with latest svn sync on Windows

Hiya,
I am getting an error which seems to happen when i run nmap.exe (debug
version)
from command line. But when I use Visual Studio I don't get the error..
Everything is fine in Visual Studio , I get all the scans and fingerprints
showing but
when I run it on a command line i get the following.

SCRIPT ENGINE: In: c:\nmap-4.53\nse_nmaplib.cc:498 Trying to finalize a non
conforming function.
Are you sure you return true on success followed by the remaining return
values and nil on failure
followed by an error string?
QUITTING!

any ideas why this ?
