Hm,

    Really it don't open in IE, I know this, but didn't remember. But
don't work in Firefox is a surprise for me. It's a valid XHTML 1.0
Transitional (http://validator.w3.org/). I don't have IE to test it.
If you want, I can try solve it with you.
