Nmap 4.22SOC2

Thanks for your reports on 4.22SOC1.  A number of people reported NSE
compilation failures, and Stoiko and Kris made some changes we hope
will fix those.  I have just released 4.22SOC2 with those fixes.
Please give it a try and report any problems you find in NSE or
anything else.  With all of the recent changes we have been making, it
is important to get a lot of testing in!  So I have also linked this
version from the Nmap download page.  So you can find your favorite
version at http://insecure.org/nmap/download.html .  Or use these
