Error C2079 building nmap on win32

Hey there,

I've compiled nmap on win xp successfully before, but for a while now, I 
can't get past the following error:

c:\nmap\reason.h    122    error C2079: 'port_reason::ip_addr' uses 
undefined struct 'in_addr'

any ideas cos i'm stumped?
