[NSE-PATCH] hexdump for --script-trace

Hi Diman, hi all,

attached is a patch against nmap-4.20ALPHA4-NSE which produces
tcpdump-like output when using "-sC --script-trace" and the
percentage of non-printable characters is greater than 3%.

SCRIPT ENGINE: UDP 172.16.0.23:32790 > 172.16.0.1:53 | 
0x0000:  dead 0100 0001 0000 0000 0000 0369 7363  .............isc
0x0010:  0473 616e 7303 6f72 6700 0001 0001       .sans.org.....
