install nmap-cgi

Hi,

For people who want to test nmap-cgi program on their own servers, an
archive is accessible on http://gunnm.org/~soda/news/nmap-cgi-beta.tgz

You can found installation instructions once the archive is extracted. The
INSTALL file should give all needed information to install the software.

If you try to install it and if you encounter problem, you can contact me.
