Press: UK Bill to Ban Security Tools Like Nmap

And in less positive press news ...

ZDNet posted an article today about a proposed update to the UK
Computer Misuse Act which has such a broad section 41 that it could
prohibit many security tools.  The article singles out Nmap and Nessus
specifically:

  "People who distribute networking vulnerability scanning tools such
   as nmap or Nessus could also be caught up in part (b), Clayton
   warned."
