Got nsock WRITE error #32 (Broken pipe)

hello,

i was under the impression that 4.01 resolved this error. but may be i
missed a step somewhere. may be this is not even an nmap issue, is
something else broken? ... any thoughts?

[root@iscanner/]# nmap -sV -p 22 -P0 192.168.27.0/24
