Nmap 4.00 on windows - no bug, but two minor suggestions to slightly improve polish of the installation.

Hello,

I just installed nmap 4.00 on windows, and it was my first
installation of nmap on windows.

The installation went just fine (no bugs found), but I can please make
two minor suggestions to maybe slightly improve the polish of the
installation? :
* Please add something to run nmap to the "Start" menu (or give the
user the option of adding this, for those who don't want it). That way
I don't have to go looking into the install directory to find the EXE
to run it - rather I'd have an icon under the start menu. Since it is
a command line program, maybe a command prompt in the nmap directory
that runs the "nmap --help" command, so as show the user some of the
available options? To do this, add a Windows shortcut where the
'Target' is '%comspec% /k "F:\Nmap\nmap.exe --help"' and the 'Start
In' is 'F:\Nmap' (where 'F:\Nmap' is the user's installation
directory). If you want to get fancy, you can even use the "Change
Icon" on the Shortcut's properties, to use the nmap icon found in the
"F:\Nmap\nmap.exe" file.
* Can the "README-WIN32", "COPYING", and "CHANGELOG" files in the nmap
directory please have a ".txt" extension ("README-WIN32.txt", etc).
This way the default action on windows for .txt file (open in notepad)
will be the correct one. (By default, Windows has no action associated
with files that have no extension.)

Oh, and before I forget, congratulations on the new release!
