Hi,

Maybe you should check the integrity of your downloads for
both Nmap and Winpcap. For instance, here are the hashes
your config should comply with :

Winpcap 3.1.0.27 (the installer):
=================================

CRC32 : ef0f1306
MD5 : 0bc5f4015f8b4bffa9c753bf88e1838c
SHA-1 : b6ee406453bbf19b4b3969f00ed4ff81fdfd3e62

Nmap 3.93, as seen on the official dl link :
============================================

CRC32 : 0b961606
MD5 : f0ee679aee1c1383e628e91c00fe0202
SHA-1 : 40622f489e1acd3cd652b2f296a67dffeb998705
All hashes :

Nmap.exe :
----------

CRC32 09ac9c5a
MD5 : 15a22634e248255a93c48889c6e3285c
SHA-1 : 4c2bdc5d736b26d90b9697e20e4c75391762fcc9

Cheers,
