udp scan question

Hi list,

I'm working on a 'windows network auditing' perl script (small sample
report attached).

As it's intended for windows boxes I 'udp scan' them, but if there's à *nix box
I want to skip the scan cos it's really to slow (29min for a ubuntu box).

I first thought of udp scanning only windows hosts, but found routers which were
(udp) scanned fast too.

So the question is :  does any know which OS's / devices are slow
regarding udp scan ?
