--win_help

I read in "Secrets of Network Cartography: A Comprehensive Guide to nmap"
about an option "--win_help" under windows.
I tried 3.93 and 3.95 and none support this option. Did i need to compile
nmap my own ?
My problem is , DNS resolution under windows is terrible slow if u have an
active, but unplugged network interface. Perhaps i can eliminate the problem
if i specify the network interface.
