I'm certainly happy to accept patches that improve compilation on
MingW.  I don't have the intestinal fortitude to port Nmap to two
Windows compilers.  Visual Studio was painful enough!  But I would
consider switching to MingW as the primary Windows compiler if it is
demonstrated to produce better code.  And I'm happy to apply Windows
gcc patches if someone else writes them :).
