I have the same problem with all hosts:

Failed to determine dst MAC address for target ***.***.***.***
QUITTING!

Can I patch it?!
Hopefully ***.***.***.*** is you hiding the IP address of the host you
want to scan.

You should grab the latest 3.93 version of nmap.

Nmap (thanks to libpcap/winpcap) doesn't really support PPP (dial-up)
links, particularly since XPsp2. (IIRC)

I'm having the same problem with nmap 3.93, after downgrading again to
nmap 3.81, it worked without problems. I have tested both Versions with
the newest Version of WinPcap (Currently 3.1 Final) under Win2k SP4 +
Security Rollup 1 for SP4. So this seems to be a regression with nmap
3.93 itself, which has been introduced somewhere between nmap 3.81 and 3.93.
