I'm having the same problem with nmap 3.93, after downgrading again to nmap 3.81, it worked without problems. I have tested both Versions with the newest Version of WinPcap (Currently 3.1 Final) under Win2k SP4 + Security Rollup 1 for SP4. So this seems to be a regression with nmap 3.93 itself, which has been introduced somewhere between nmap 3.81 and 3.93.
