Nmap problem

I am pretty sure that I have correctly installed the DOS version of Nmap 3.50. But when I try to do any scan I get this:


C:\Program Files\nmap-3.50>nmap -A -T4 scanme.insecure.org

Can you please help me by telling me what I have done wrong. I have also installed pcap 3.0
