inconsistent responses

Hi, 
I executed NMAP to get all the services running on a machine.
And everytime I run, I get inconsistent responses.
Actually, any time response is one of the two instances I listed below.
First instance is more complete than the second.
Also you will notice, those two commands are executed with a time difference of a minute.
I think this may be due to network traffic at the time when NMAP was executed.
But I consistently get these two instances of responses everytime I execute.
 
Is there any way (like set any flag etc) , I can make sure that I get consistent and complete response everytime.
