I'm not sure if DTAG is still doing microwave, but as it is near Berlin you could ask Plusnet (plusnet.de) if they 
already have coverage in that area or are willing to install microwave hardware in a nearby tower.
If you have trouble getting in touch let me know and I will try to contact some people I know there.
