Mikrotik with RouterOS v7 with WireGuard or ZeroTier were the first things I thought of, but it might be a a bit premature for a production environment. MikroTik (hardware) RouterOS (software) version 7 has WireGuard: https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/WireGuard
