That's the first mention of abuse I've seen. I've got huge blocks of OVH space blocked.. Lots of bad things coming from 
there. Not sure the fire will change things down the road as the sources are from all over the roadmap.

I will agree about the spam issues, but Octave Klaba has usually been pretty honest comparatively with what I'm used to 
from typical US based ILECs on outages.
