Hi Mark, When I said bull-headed, this is exactly what I had in mind. Happy eyeballs and things like https://bill.herrin.us/freebies/libeasyv6-0.1/ aren't first-class citizens in the APIs. Their code has to be independently added to each application individually. Getaddrinfo() is core standard. Fix the problem in the place that fixes it in every place or else it's never really fixed.
