China (Beijing), like India (Mumbai), forced the use of their own transport equipment.

I think the issue is mainland China, not Hong Kong or Singapore.

I’ve had good luck with PCCW operating as my China liaison since we terminate a lot of circuits in Hong Kong and 
Singapore. It’s not cheap I’ll tell ya but they can get the info and deliver.
