Poor Facebook CDN performance

Can someone from FB reach out off list? I believe we have an ip geolocation or other issue with some routes causing 
occasional slow performance from the CDN for some users.  Issue is intermittent and difficult to trace, but some photo 
comments are taking 5-10sec to load while home page data is near instant.
