Our current deployment uses several Alcatel SR 7750 boxes - we pair these with MX960 and MX2020 for CGNAT for several hundred thousand customers. Alcatel and Juniper have been a rock solid combination so far. Regards Dragan On Fri, Dec 2, 2016 at 11:53 AM, James Bensley <jwbensley () gmail com> wrote:

In my experience, Ericsson as an organisation just aren't set up to deal with a companythatwant to buy a couple of boxes, install and run them themselves, and call support when something breaks - it's all about multi-month PoCs and fully-managed rollouts at incumbent-telco scale. Think 20M subs, not20k.I've heard Redback aren't so good anymore. We are very happy with Cisco (ASR1000s) and Juniper (MX480s) for this function. Cheers, James.
