Dallas Peering Issues

Was alerted by our MSSP of connectivity issues, looks like something big is happening right now that's affecting 
Level3, Savvis, Cogent, Verizon and Century Link.  Take a look at Internet Health Report, never seen it this bad.  
Anyone have more information?
