Huawei equiv of Cisco 7201 router and Cisco ME 4924 switch?

I am in Brazil and am having a heckuva time finding a Cisco 7201
router and Cisco ME 4924 switch.

Anyone have any ideas on where I could buy these easily?  And if not,
any suggestions on Huawei equivalents?
