I'd suspect it's got a lot more to do with the open rioting on the streets, government shooting people, the numbers involved in protests, what happened in Tunisia next door etc. etc. Loss of Internet connectivity is relatively minor in comparison. Any investor with even half a brain is going to twig that's just not a good market to have money in right now.
