And 10-20% (or more) of an FTE in support.  New devices need to be
onboarded, new OS versions make
subtle changes in the code, etc.  The upside is that they can be
powerful tools to automate mass
config changes, and along with config parsing code, they can be
powerful tools to standardize networks.
