Rotating shifts between daytime and nighttime is a horrible thing to do to your workers, both for their health and their attention span.
One of the places I worked had the following pattern. It was horrible 2 days/shifts of 6am till 6pm 2 days/shifts of 6pm till 6am 4 days off Wayne
