It would be far more effective if more organizations set up and maintained a slash-security page (see the NIAC 
Vulnerability Disclosure Framework for details). This is _exactly_ the kind of information that should be posted there.

Wouldn't the world be a better place if the ARIN contact information
was correct and usable. It would be nice to have an easy place for
these types of requests. I guess maybe this list is that place.
