Georges-Keny, Well, I wrote a WiMAX based BTOP application last year for rural Maine. It didn't get a dime but I had a bit to think about. Put me in your co-think'um mailing list since NANOG won't be a place for long discussion or rural service. There's interesting wireless work done in rural S. America and Africa to keep abreast of as well. Eric
