Having supported contractors deploying of all things firewall rulesets for scada systems I can only imagine that $100 million is only getting started.

A) it's being done for the government
B) it's being done by a defense contractor
C) regardless of what they install, somebody's got to manage it and be
managed by multiple layers of managers
