It wasn't anything.  Stood on the cliff above Pipeline (famous surf spot) and couldn't tell if the water washing up the 
beach was normal winter surf or a tsunami.  Other parts of the island may have seen more, though.  Resonance is 
everything with these types of waves.

Many cables land at Kahe on the west side of Oahu and Kawaihae on the Big Island, the opposite side of the islands from 
the direction of the wave.  No calls from the NOC, so no trouble AFAIK...  ;-)
