Yes, sorry I should've specified 10Gig-E and I would like to avoid using CWDM/DWDM optics if possible I would just like 
to use regular LR optics.

what kind of 10G ports?  10gige?  if so, i do not see how the cubo
stuff helps.

will http://xkl.com/ do it for you (if short range)?
