rr () telia net is a good place for routing/policy-related inquiries, or
carrier-csc () teliasonera com for more time-sensitive issues.  Both can
provide a quick escalation path to clue and enable.

I've amassed some individual contacts from being a customer, which I'd
be happy to share off-list...
