[admin] Errors to NANOG list subscribers

Dear Colleagues:

We have an issue with bounce messages blowing back at NANOG
subscribers. We are aware of this, and Merit, the folks who provide us
the day to day technical support for the service, is working
diligently to resolve the problem.
