7/24/07 at 14:11 ET. At this time, some customers may be experiencing a
service outage in Pittsburgh, PA. This is being caused by a possible
fiber cut outside Pittsburgh. Cogent Network Operations is working with
our vendor to restore as soon as possible. At this time, there is no
