Experience with McLeodUSA

I am looking into a point-to-point DS3 from McLeodUSA in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and was wondering what type of 
experience anyone on the list has had with them?  Customer service, billing, response to issues, etc.
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
