archived bgp data - searchable

        hello.  i've created a new way to search the ipv4 and ipv6
routing tables of the internet.

        i'm not soliciting bgp feeds for my data set (i may at some later
time but i need to think about more long-term disk space and database
performance issues before i do that).

        hope people find this useful.
